Eela Runs: Booty Pop'n it

Goodmorning!

Yesterday turned out to be super busy. Practice was AMAZING! On beautiful days like yesterday, I feel like I could just run forever! All of us girls wanted to go long but coach said to call it good at 7. Oh well, coaches know best I guess. We did 7 minute abs after which consisted of us going around every 30 seconds and each choosing their favorite ab move.

Got back to my lovely apartment around 11:30 and had to rush to get ready for work. Made myself a green monster (consisted of peach fiber one yogurt, cup of almond breeze, some vanilla, a banana, and a TON of spinach) it turned out to be such an awesome green color. Added some oldfashioned oats (I could eat spoonfuls of raw oats—I know I’m weird!) and about 3 big handfuls of multigrain cheerios—I could eat the whole box of those babies in one setting! Ahh so delicious!

Work was a BLAST! I love the bakery! After you hear some of the things we made, you’d love the bakery too! Haha we made…

-Sugar cookies

-Toffee cookies

-M&M cookies

-Cinnamon rolls

-FRESH STRAWBERRY PIES (they were beautiful! Strawberries are so gorgeous right now and they taste delicious! We had to cute about a billion of them though…I was okay with it because I did the whole 2:1 ratio…cut 2; eat 1 haha!)--covered my lovely white dress shirt and pants with red though!

-and lastly a TON of bread

after work I came home and made myself a quesadilla with roasted red pepper hummus, ground turkey, spinach, and brown rice. A large bowl of mixed veggies and an apple with cinnamon. Dessert was some yummy vanilla frozen yogurt topped with some butterscotch instant pudding (just sprinkled some of the powder over it and mixed it up) and I mixed in some life cereal.

AFTER I got done eating, I got a call to go to a bbq with a bunch of people from the team. It was a lot of fun hanging out with everyone. I had some yummy baked sweet potato fries. They were delicious, I’ve never had them before! I’ll be definitely trying this sometime soonJ. We played football until the boys got too rough and then we sat on the porch and chit-chatted! Oh my goodness, this little boy across the street ran over and told me I was “as sexy as a chocolate covered strawberry” hahah! And then he ran off! He was about 6 years old! All of us couldn’t stop laughing! That little boy is getting his mack on WAYYY too early!

9:00pm hit and my eyes started getting heavy. I know, i know...i'm totally a grandma! Showered, had multiple bowls of cereal (kashi) and then headed off to bed! I get today off work and I plan on getting my tan on after practice!! Can’t wait!
