I'm a 20 year old college student. I'm a collegiate runner and I participate in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor track. This year I really got interested in healthy/clean eating. I have noticed such a major difference! This winter was my first indoor track season and I made it to nationals where I am currently ranked 9th in the nation. It's hard managing year round running with school. My major is Bio/Psych Pre-physician's assistant. Managing school, running, and eating healthy is hard but I have found easy ways to manage it!
